

- Increase the number of adults who engage regularly, preferably daily,
in moderate physical activity for 30 minutes or more
- Increase the number of adolescents who engage in moderate physical activity
for at least 30 minutes or more on 5 of the previous 7 days
- Increase the number of children, aged 2 years and older, who consumes at
least two daily servings of fruit
- Increase the number of children 2 years and older, who consume at least 3 daily servings of vegetables, with at least one being dark green or
orange vegetables
- Increase the number of adults who are at a healthy weight
- Reduce the number of children and adolescents who are overweight or obese
