
Stepping Stones is a program of Energize Eau Claire designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle with increased physical activity.
It’s a 16-week program where you track the number of steps you take each day by wearing a pedometer or step counter. You set your own start date. Each day you enter the number of steps taken on an activity log.
During the first week, you follow your normal routine. This will give you your “baseline”, the number of steps you are currently taking. Using this baseline number, an increased number of steps is recommended for the following weeks.
