The purpose of Energize Eau Claire County's 2005
Eat Smart & Win campaign was to encourage everyone to eat more fruits & vegetables. There
were several ways to participate:
- Attend a Tips & Taste session to get fruit & vegetable
ideas and samples
- Track the fruits & vegetables
you eat on-line or on paper
- Visit participating restaurants and choose the featured healthy sides.
- Shop at participating grocery stores
and redeem coupons for fresh fruits & vegetables.
- Win prizes!
Schools, worksites, health care facilities,
faith-based groups, and community places were all involved in the campaign.
- It was free to participate
- Anyone who lives, works or has a health care provider in Eau Claire County
was eligible to win prizes.
